For larger schemes, we typically follow the RIBA Plan of Work, or may tailor packages to suit clients needs:

 

As we have specialist qualifications in house, we often provide a holistic view of schemes and highlight potential cost savings where possible. We also work with a number of  engineers, Energy Assessors, Quantity Surveyors, Builders and are able to obtain quotations for such services , if needed.

 

As we are independent, we work with a number of  developers & builders, able to provide full or partial services to suit client needs, offering best value as standard and deal with planning & buildng regulation applications for clients.

 

We also organise the design and applications for Conservation and Listed Buildings, with knowledge of cob/stone/timber frame and traditional construction.
