Our practice undertakes a range of Residential and Commercial Property Condition /Pre-Purchase Inspections/Building Surveys/reports or specialist defect(dampness/subsidence/damage etc) or Structural Surveys, together with Expert witness services, producing legal reports for individiual clients, corporate clients and legal firms, when things go wrong, for an aim of dispute resolution. We have our own Qualified Building Surveyors & Engineers able to assist clients & Qualified Designers able to assist in technical surveys/drawings & specifications when necessary with more than 28 years experience, in a small quality practice offering good value for money services.
